splandoo Splandoo is another website which allows you to download streaming videos from major online media sites. Supported sites are YouTube, Google Videos, Yahoo! Videos, MSN Soapbox, MySPace, Daily Motion, Blip.tv, Veoh, AOL Uncut, iFilm, Break and many more. All you need to do is enter the URL of the video and it downloads to your computer as a .flv file.

kwout Kwout is an easy way to quote a part of a web page as an image with an image map. Now, this is a very interesting app, as the quoted image has all the hyperlinks active! To use this service, you need to add the ‘kwout bookmarklet’ to your favorite browser.

Kwout works in 3 steps. First we grab a screenshot, then cut out an area we want to kwout… issshh! quote and then Post it anywhere! Simple isn’t it?
